Rachael joined Chatfields in 2005 and has built up an extensive customer base by putting customer service first. Rachael's background is in the travel and newspaper industries. For customers based in Yorkshire, her territory includes most of Leeds and Wakefield. She lives just outside Leeds with her partner.

James runs our busy vehicle workshops and MOT testing bay. He started his career in the service department, and after a spell in van sales, returned to his roots to head up the department. Living locally with his family, 'Larry' spends his spare time mountain biking and motorcycling.
